In the report, they examine 50 new behavioural patterns across 10 key consumer sectors, alongside expert opinion pieces and interviews with global innovators. Below is a snippet of the key retail trends that are set to affect the future consumer in 2020 and beyond. Retailers are responding to consumers’ concerns about carbon emissions and over-consumption with circular models, peer-led platforms and eco-logistics initiatives.
